ADMINISTRATOR/COMMERCIAL CLERK (M/F/D)

Your tasks

You work closely with internal departments in Germany, China, and the UK as well as with international customers and authorities to process inquiries in a timely manner according to SLAs.
You monitor deadlines and processes for invoicing, order FSCs, invoice customers for them, book incoming payments, and create annual invoices on time.
You conduct regular follow-ups for outstanding items, define follow-up measures, and send reminders, including tracking of incoming payments.
You carry out contract changes and create certificates upon customer request.

Your profile

You have a high school diploma, a good secondary school leaving certificate, and have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
You have three to five years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
You have very good German and English language skills both written and spoken and are proficient in using common desktop programs.
You are characterized by independent, structured, careful, and organized work.
